How do I know the addresses are real?
Every row is matched to an active licence record in the state's own attorney registry, and the bar number is in the file so you can check any row against the register yourself. Bounces are refunded.
Is this a subset of the Florida file?
Not exactly. The state file is cut by licensing bar — everyone the Florida bar licenses, wherever they practise. This file is cut by business address, so it includes attorneys with a Cocoa office who are licensed in a neighbouring state, and that is usually who you want when you ask for Cocoa.
